We are one big family – We have a strong committed team who are welcoming, supportive and dedicated to the Early Childhood Industry and to the lives of children and their families.
We have high staff retention and a team who are experienced, highly qualified and over the years have developed a thoughtfully balanced team.
We have a strong play-based learning philosophy where children are viewed as unique, competent and resourceful learners.
Our environments have been thoughtfully designed to offer smaller, more intimate indoor learning spaces which support our educational team to provide more individualised and meaningful interactions with each child.
We offer both open & covered spaces and love to play in the rain and mud. We have an Outdoor Teacher who fosters a love for gardening, caring for the environment, risky play and active play.
Our homely kitchen is the ‘heart’ of our service. The aroma of fresh, homemade meals travels around the service and creates a welcoming, homely feel to our environment.
We strive to embed a strong partnership approach to collaborating amongst the wider team. Our management team are always available to support, mentor and offer guidance to the team.
We offer a professional environment for educators to collaborate and grow in their skillset. We work closely with various industry mentors and consultants to provide our team with progressive professional development opportunities.
Our service values its partnerships with the wider community and has to date established a number of regular walking excursion groups to allow us to go beyond the gates and share in community projects and events.
