FRESHWATER – EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATOR, Full Time + Part-time Opportunity Available
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, implementation and evolution of our high-quality early years curriculum
Uphold the UN Conventions Right of the Child
Create a positive learning environment based on child interests as well as intentional teachings to ensure that we are able to successfully support children in reaching their developmental milestones through play based learning
Share in respectful, professional communication with peers, families and children
Ability to document children’s learning & development, contributing to the learning cycle for the children of your learning environment.
Collaborate with peers to create aesthetically pleasing learning environments for children to explore their natural curiosities
Share in the ongoing self assessment and Quality Improvement of the Service.
Essential Criteria:
An approved ACECQA Early Childhood Qualification
Experience within the Early Childhood Sector
Current First Aid + CPR Qualification
Working with Children’s Check
