PARRAMATTA – COOK
We are seeking a dedicated team member with the passion to provide healthy meal choices and to fuel our children. Our Centre is well equipped with resources and programs based on the Early Years Learning Framework curriculum, including a transition to school program.
We seek an energetic, self-managed and family orientated individual who enjoys and thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and serving of food for our children (all meals provided by catering company KGF) and will enjoy weekly cooking experiences with our children in the classroom.
Candidates require a Certificate IV in hospitality (or equivalent) and will need a Working With Children’s Check.
Responsibilities for this role include kitchen operations, small shopping orders, cleaning and laundry maintenance. Uniform is provided.
Hours of employment will be 8:30am – 3:30pm Monday to Friday.
Candidates MUST have experience working in a child care centre to be considered.
