Explore & Develop Artarmon is growing! We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educator (Diploma) to join our foundation team at a brand-new, purpose-built early childhood education and care service on Dickson Avenue.

About the role:
As an Diploma Room leader, you will:
- Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality, play-based curriculum
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development in line with the EYLF
- Collaborate with a professional team of educators
- Actively contribute to the planning cycle, documentation, and critical reflection
- Help establish a positive, inclusive culture from the ground up
