We’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our 56-place Early Education and Care Centre, Explore and Develop Annandale. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an Excellent Service located in the heart of Sydney.
As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will:
· Work full time (Monday to Friday)
· Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality, play-based curriculum
· Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
· Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development in line with the EYLF
· Collaborate with a professional team of educators
· Actively contribute to the planning cycle, documentation, and critical reflection
· Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with at least one year of experience
· Provisional or full NESA accreditation (for NSW applicants)
· Current WWCC, First Aid, Child Protection, and CPR certification
· Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and best practices in early education
· Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
· Passion for intentional teaching and inquiry-based learning
