We seek a Chef to work in our Early Childhood Service kitchen preparing nutritionally balanced meals for 74 children per day.
Located in the heart of Newcastle, all of the daily systems and menus are already established so you can enjoy a well organised and planned working environment.

You must be a permanent resident and currently hold or be willing to obtain a Food Handlers Certificate.
The hours are 8am to 2pm with a start in January 2024.
Previously working in a commercial kitchen, you will enjoy no longer working weekends, shifts or evenings. Our kitchen offers all the commercial equipment you would be used to.
We have a friendly and welcoming team and the appreciation you receive from the children each day is definitely a high point of the role.
Operating 50 weeks a year you would need to be available to work from 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday. We are located in Bolton Street in the heart of the CBD. Free staff parking is also available.
