CONDER – FULL-TIME LEAD EDUCATOR (DIPLOMA OR ECT)

We are looking for a dedicated Lead Educator who places the safety and rights of children at the heart of their practice to join our Exceeding-rated Service: Explore & Develop Conder.

We are looking for an educator who brings maturity, professionalism, and a genuine passion for working with children. You’ll be a collaborative team member who values reflective practice and contributes thoughtfully to program planning and team discussions.

Please note that we are looking for Educators who have a Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching Degree.

You will have:

  • Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (required).
  • A LOVE of learning and early childhood.
  • Current Working With Vulnerable Peoples’ card.
  • Current First Aid Certificate – HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting.
  • Current Child Protection training.
  • Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.
