Explore & Develop Dee Why is looking for a passionate Early Childhood Educator with a Diploma or Certificate III for an immediate start. This position is a full-time ongoing position, working 38 hours per week.

- An educator who can work with our existing team, collaborating with other educators and the room leader to implement a high-quality curriculum that fulfills the philosophy of the service.
- Someone who can assist in the development and implementation of a play-based curriculum of experiences for children.
- A person who can build strong relationships with the children and their families.

Essential qualifications:
- Early Childhood Teaching Degree or Cert III (ACECQA Approved)
- Working with Children Check (NSW)
- Current First-Aid Certificate
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive with a can-do attitude
- Passionate about assisting in the educational development of children
- Knowledge regarding the EYLF & NQ
