Explore & Develop Lilyfield is a 56 place, long day care centre located in Sydney’s inner west. We are seeking an educator to join our dynamic and well supported team and help us to educate children’s hands, hearts, and minds. About you:
- This is a permanent full-time position; you must be able to work 5 days on a rotating roster.
- You will have a working knowledge of the National Quality Framework, including the National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework is essential.
- You will be able to communicate effectively with excellent English speaking and writing skills.
- A flexible team player with professional ambition would be well suited to the role and our team.
- You will need a recognised Diploma of Early Childhood and Care qualification. First Aid qualifications (Including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training) and Child Protection qualifications are essential.
- You will also need good communication skills and enjoy working with various people.
