SYDNEY CBD- ECT PRESCHOOL ROOM LEADER

We are looking for an ECT Preschool Room Leader Role in our 3-5 year room.

Full-time or Part-Time (4 days) available.

$35 – $40 per hour

About us:

We are a family owned and operated 77 place service, but have the added benefit of being a part of a larger group that provides an amazing support network and professional development.

Our preschool room is set up for 30 children (there are about 20 a day right now) with currently 3 educators. The Room Leader is moving on and we are building the centre numbers back up again so need a strong team leader with good ideas and experience to grow our preschool and school readiness program.

Our service is purpose built and provides beautiful learning environments that are dynamic, modern and highly resourced including a dedicated art space.

Our passionate team are committed to providing high-quality education and care for all children and support for their families.

We take our work seriously, but we also like to have fun and socialise as a team.

About the role:

Be part of a collaborative and professional teaching environment.

There are regular excursions with the children to the many city landmarks such as the Botanic Gardens, State Library, Art Gallery of NSW, Martin Place etc.

Essential qualifications for the role:

ECT (ACECQA Approved).

Current Approved Working With Children Check.

Current First Aid, Asthma & Anaphylaxis Certificate/s (ACECQA Approved) or be willing to obtain.

Current Child Protection Training.
