TERRIGAL — DIPLOMA EDUCATOR 3-4 YEAR ROOM

We are looking for an enthusiastic, Diploma-trained educator to join our 3-4 year old room team at Explore & Develop Terrigal. If you hold a Diploma in Children’s Services and would like to work in an innovative early childhood setting that exceeds the National Quality Standards, we welcome your application.

The right candidate will be able to work within a large team and as part of our 3-4 year old room team. They will be committed to providing high-quality care and be involved in upholding our Exceeding rating and be willing to take on additional responsibilities.

What we are looking for:

  • Diploma in Children’s Services or Working towards.
  • Current Working With Children’s Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate – HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
  • Current Child Protection – CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025 course code preferred
  • Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
  • Current reference
  • Responsible Person experience (preferred but not required)
  • Room Leader/Leadership experience (preferred but not required)
  • Experience with programming and planning for children and willingness to carry out written documentation for children.
