We are looking for an enthusiastic Diploma-trained educator to join our team at Explore & Develop Umina. If you hold a Diploma in Children’s Services and would like to work in an innovative early childhood setting that exceeds the National Quality Standards, we welcome your application.

The right candidate will be able to work within a large team and across a range of ages. They will be committed to providing high-quality care and be involved in upholding our Exceeding rating.

About us:

We are an exceeding early childhood education and care centre in Umina Beach. We have five rooms and are licensed for 88 children per day. Our beautiful outdoor environment has natural plants and trees and lots of open space for our children. Join us and work in our purpose-built centre, close to cafes and the beach. We have brand new equipment and furnishings throughout our home-like environment.

What we are looking for:

  • Diploma in Children’s Services or Working towards.
  • Current Working With Children’s Check
  • Current First Aid Certificate – HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting
  • Current Child Protection – CHCPRT001 or CHCPRT025 course code preferred
  • Knowledge of the NQF and EYLF
  • Current references
