The opportunity:
This is a full time leadership role working alongside the owner of the service, which will allow you to flex your creativity to develop engaging programs in line with the EYLF. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality education and care and building strong relationships with families.

You will possess the following essential skills:
Australian working rights
A genuine interest in nurturing the educational development of children
A proactive and a positive can-do attitude
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
An inclusive, respectful and high-quality approach in your leadership
Demonstrated Leadership Experience with a minimum of 2 years management experience in an early childhood education and care service
Completed Child Protection Training as well as demonstrated understanding of current child safe practices
Current approved ‘First Aid/CPR’, ‘Asthma’ and ‘Anaphylaxis’ qualifications.
Sound understanding of the ‘National Quality Framework’, including Education and Care Services National Law (2010) and the Education and Care Services National Regulations (2011) the National Quality Standard, and working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Frameworks (EYLF)
A commitment to working in partnership with families with the ability to form and maintain respectful relationships with families and children and foster a community spirit.
An understanding of current pedagogical thinking and research with the ability to support the Educational Leader in their role of curriculum development.
A commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice.
